Returns

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns only eligible in the USA.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or discounted items.

TO PROCESS A RETURN REQUEST:

Step 1 – Complete the form below:

 

 

Step 2 – If your return is accepted, we will email you a pre-paid USPS return shipping label, which will include your return # at the base. Please make note of this "RA" number for reference if needed. Return shipping is on us!

Step 3 – Return items must be in Sito packaging, in new condition.  Apply the USPS shipping label to the outside of the box.

Step 4 – Drop off at your nearest post-office.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
